Dr. Peter Carswell, a practicing organisational psychologist for over 20 years and a seasoned data scientist, has dedicated his career to enhancing how organisations across New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and the UK learn from and engage with their communities. His extensive experience spans private firms, NGOs, and governmental bodies, making him uniquely equipped to address complex organisational challenges through innovative feedback mechanisms.
